Balance is due 60 days before travel. No refund for cancellation made within 60 days prior to scheduled occupancy.
For cancellation made 60 or more days prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund deposit less a 20% cancellation fee.
CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR’S WEEKS
A 50% deposit confirms a reservation.
Balance is due 120 days before travel. No refund for cancellation made within 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy.
For cancellation made 120 days or more prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund deposit less a 20% cancellation fee.
THANKSGIVING WEEK
A 50% deposit confirms a reservation.
Balance is due 90 days before travel. No refund for cancellation made within 90 days prior to scheduled occupancy.
For cancellation made 90 days or more prior to scheduled occupancy, we will refund deposit less a 20% cancellation fee.

Malatai Villa reserves the right to withhold the deposit or total rental amount for no-show/non-arrival, late arrival/early departure, depending on the circumstances of each case, and at its sole discretion.
